Video Evaluation

·       What camera shots did you use in your film?
The Camera shots I used in my horror trailer were mainly point of view camera shots, there is 2 or 3 scenery shots that were filmed using a medium shots.  The camera angles are meant to look like I was holding a camera in front of my face, which was what I did.
·       What shots looked good?
I personally think the scenery shots looked good, especially the timelapsing I did of the nebula/stars. I did that over the duration of the night and it put the images together on the PC and it gave me a nice shot of the night sky.
·       What shots looked bad?
·
I think the really dark shots in the woods looked quite bad as it was hard to walk through the bushes and film and hold the torch at the same time, it did not come out clear enough.

·       What went well with the project
I think the location went well and the editing, as I was accustomed to the software I was using. I also enjoyed filming as well as It was fun to do it with my friend.
·       What didn’t go well with the project?
I don’t think the paperwork side of the project went well as it all got deleted at one point so I had to redo it all in the space of 1 week. It was very frustrating.

·       How did the group work together?

I did not work in a group I did this project individually because last time I worked in a group, there was a lack of communication and the I wasn’t happy with the final product and the amount of work I was able to contribute within the project.

·       What was your role in the group? What did you do?
·
I did everything, the editing, paperwork, directing, and camera work. The only thing I did not do was one part of the acting as that would have been very hard to do.

·       If you could do the project again what would you do differently?
·
I would have used a Go Pro camera with the head camera for the point of view camera work, I wasn’t able to do this because the head mount for the Go Pro was unavailable to use. I would also use a more powerful torch, as it wasn’t the best torch.

·       What did you find easy or hard about this project?
·

I found working alone on the project easy as I prefer to get work done on my own as apposed to in a group that do not have the same ideas and opinions on work. I also found doing the paperwork easy as I had all the information
